The Meaning of the "Queen of Cups" Tarot Card

(Applies to the upright position)

The Symbolism of the Tarot Card:

An Aphrodite-like figure sits on a throne adorned with a large seashell and cherubs. She is gazing intently into a large cup, as if she is seeing visions within it. The cup has angel's wings on either side as handles, and it is closed - this signifies that the strength of this card emanates from the subconscious. Pebbles are at the feet of her throne, which is beside a large lake. The expression on her face is intent and firm. The watery pattern in her cloak and the blue color of her robe are but one of the symbols that attach her to water. The water in this card represents spirit, vision, and feeling.

The Meaning of the Tarot Card:

Is He My Soulmate? Free Love Readings

The Queen of Cups is as spiritual as her partner, but in a more deep-feeling and subconscious way than her partner. She would be a devoted member of the congregation rather than its leader. She is also eager to help the individual, particularly through any emotional turmoil that they may be dealing with. This woman is also a good wife and mother, an excellent portrait of female good character.
