The Meaning of the "Five of Wands" Tarot Card

(Applies to the upright position)

The Symbolism of the Tarot Card:

A mock battle takes place among a group of youths. They are old enough that it may turn serious quickly, but young enough that they are still just playing at it rather than making real war. Note that some of the youths seem to be just brandishing the wands rather than trying to hit their fellows with them, and some, especially the one in the center, seem bent upon doing violence with them.

The Meaning of the Tarot Card:

Things will go the way of the individual through hard work and application of their powers. The inherent struggles of a career or ownership of a business. The need to overcome obstacles within your own network to be successful. The battle and ballet of life. Watch out for some people who will stop at nothing to achieve their own success - they may be your closest friends or family.
